CONCEPT

The Form is a modern real estate project by Lincoln Property Company, designed to create a unique sales experience. The project started with strategic workshops, where we developed a sensory-based marketing approach and distinctive visual identity.

PROJECT

As part of the branding, we designed a key visual enhanced by a 3D sculpture that emphasizes the architectural concept and modern approach to space design. We created a website and a sales application that enables agents to showcase the investment interactively. Key elements include a 3D model of the building, interactive navigation maps, floor plans, and detailed apartment visualizations, helping potential buyers make informed decisions.
